អត្ថប្រយោជន៍សុខភាពនៃមើមខ្ញី (Health Benefits Of Ginger Root)


I like to add ginger root to most of my juices as it not only enhances the taste of the juices, but is also great for digestive health. It has many other health benefits:

ជាថ្នាំប្រឆាំងនឹងកំណកឈាម - It's an anti-coagulant
មានសារធាតុសម្រើបតណ្ហា - Has aphrodisiac effect
ថ្នាំព្យាបាលក្អក និង ផ្តាសាយ - Remedies cough and cold
ធ្វើអោយសុខភាពប្រព័្ធនរំលាយអាហារប្រសើរឡើង - Improves digestive health
កាត់បន្ថយភាពការអស់កម្លាំង - Reduces fatigue
កាត់បន្ថយការបញ្ចេញខ្យល់ឧស្ម័នហួសហេតុ (ផោម) - Reduces excessive flatulence
ប្រឆាំងនឹងការរលាក - Anti-inflammatory
ធ្វើអោយការចង្អោរបានធូរស្រាល - Eases nausea

The key is putting in the right amount, usually about a teaspoon of ginger root juice, for a glass of about 600ml juice. More might be overpowering.
