Anti-Inflammatory Warm Drink

In a cold weather, this drink is so warming and also anti-inflammatory. The turmeric and ginger leaves the body feeling warm for a couple hours after drinking it.

RECIPE:

Warm up 300ml fresh almond milk (not boiling), then add …
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp of ginger root juice
- Stir well and serve warm
