NOTE: Beetroot is very potent, start with 1 small to medium-sized beetroot and gradually increase. Some people may experience a temporary reaction when drinking beetroot juice, like headache, joint pains or nausea.

- 1 green apple
- 1 medium-sized beetroot
- 1 carrot
- ¼ lemon
