CARROT GREENS ARE NOT TOXIC
Carrots are often sold in grocery stores without their tops. This is because the tops will continue to extract moisture and nutrients from the root if stored that way. To preserve the carrots from drying out quickly, the tops are often cut off.
If you are fortunate enough to find carrots with their greens attached, juice them together with the carrots. However, ensure that they are organic.
Carrots have been rumoured to be toxic but they are really not. Some people may be allergic to certain substances in carrot greens, but it doesn't mean that they are toxic. In fact, they are packed with various vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and even protein.
