Home cooked meals

Vegetarian - Cauliflower

Ingredients: Cauliflower, Chopped garlic, Canola oil,Soy sauce and Oyster sauce.

Cooking: Cook the cauliflower in the microwave at high density approximately 6 minutes (would be cooked perfectly but still crunchy and preserve the color) and drain it well. Meanwhile, heat the wok, add the canola oil and let it hot, add garlic and cook till brown (your liking), remove the stove then add oyster sauce and soy sauce (to your taste).  

Stir fry pork with ginger and onion.



Ingredients: Pork, Ginger, Onion, Coriander seeds, Chilly, Canola oil, Oyster and Soy sauce. 


Cooking: Heat the wok and add some oil. Once the oil is hot, add chopped ginger and chopped garlic (this would give me the infused flavour of both the ginger and garlic) then add the pork (ensure the pork is cooked well), add oyster sauce and stir it for a while then add sauce sauce (to taste) 

Stir fry bean curds with sesame seeds


Ingredients: Bean curds, Korean mild chilly paste, Grinned coriander seed, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce and lemon.
