2 (fruits) and 5 (vegetables)

Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables not only contribute to good health but also protects against a number of diseases and helps maintain a healthy weight.

The recommended fruit and vegetables consumption per day for adults is at least 2 (Two) serves of fruit and 5 (Five) serves of vegetables each day.
